About

I am Questor.  I ask questions and I answer them because I like to discuss the ideas, and welcome others to talk about them with me.

I approach my trust in YHVH Eloheinu through Yeshua haMashiach.

I learn about Abba, about Yeshua, about haRuach haKodesh and about right conduct in the pages of the Scriptures, and the Apostolic Writings.

I learn about what man thinks of G-d, Yeshua, the Holy Spirit as well as about right conduct in the writings of men, but I take what man says about these things less seriously, seeking always to inform my mind in order to make my own decisions about these matters since it is I who will answer for my choices and their consequences.

I practice Nazarene Judaism to the best of my ability…the Judaism of the Apostles of the 1st Century known as the ‘Way of the Nazarenes’ that after the Apostles died, was twisted into what became the beginnings of Christianity in all its myriad and constantly changing forms. The ‘Christian Church’ quickly emptied itself of all that was taught by the Apostles, and changed from the Way of the Nazarenes into a paganized Greco-Roman religion beginning in the 2nd century, although true Nazarene Judaism continued to be practiced in small pockets scattered throughout the world for many centuries, although under much persecution.

I study and follow the Torah, the teachings of G-d and his Anointed One which were made available to us through the Ruach haKodesh and the sacrifice of many men to wrest the Scriptures away from the Church so that we might study them, learn from them, and follow them in our day to day life as we pick up our stake to follow Yeshua.

The teachings of the Torah, however, do not give salvation to anyone, nor can good deeds done in emulation of Yeshua by obedience earn us anything but the promised blessings of Adonai Elohim, and the inevitable consequences of disobedience that are known to us all.

Following the commandments throughout all 66 books of the Bible is a matter of obedience that Yeshua wanted taught to all who would believe in him as he stated when he gave the Great Commission to his Apostles.

The Scriptures teach us how to act as Yeshua did, and as Yeshua commanded us to behave. All of the writings in all of the Old and New Testaments, the Tanakh, and the Brit Chadashah are for our use, and we are expected by G-d to obey what is written there as we study them and learn how G-d wishes us to behave…not for salvation, but to enable G-d to bless us now, and in the world to come.  Yeshua has also specifically warned us that if we walk in iniquity by practicing the lawlessness that the Torah teaches us to avoid that we truly do not know him, and that he will not acknowledge us when he gathers his Bride to himself.

Our salvation is a gift, but we must then pick up our stake, and follow Yeshua day by day, attempting to walk the straight and narrow path as he did, not as a qualifying ritual, but as evidence of our hearts becoming circumcised.  We cannot have the Ruach within us and refuse the commandments within the Scriptures as if Yeshua’s death gave us license to sin the more.  Many Believers are very sensitive to the Ruach haKodesh after many years of being taught by him, but it is wise to continue to look within the scriptures to keep our eye focused on a prize promised us.

Still, even though our obedience to G-d is important for our blessing by him, and to be effective as part of his called out body, no religion or denomination has the authority to tell anyone how to behave unless you accept their authority over you to remain in their congregation, but more importantly, no person has the right to tell you how to obey what is plainly written in the Scriptures in order to achieve salvation, because salvation is a gift from G-d.  Obeying G-d’s rule for man is crucial…obeying man’s rules for man is not. Rather, our obedience to G-d is the natural outworking of our love for him, and is supposed to be a willing acquiescence to G-d’s desire that we learn his ways, so that in walking in those ways we might also be a light and an example to others.

I am not a teacher of any religious doctrine, or a scholar. I am merely a philosopher and writer who imperfectly attempts to explain YHVH in all his permutations and actions, and what Adonai Elohim does and has done and is doing in his creation, and why.  I offer my ideas as a point of discussion, information and entertainment, not a course in Messianic or Nazarene Judaism, nor as a forum for ascertaining doctrine of any kind.  This blog is a place for discussing the ideas of the Bible, and all that is related there in all its complexity, to enjoy the discussion of the ideas there.

I have no formal qualification to teach anything, and am not a Rabbi, or Prophet, or Pastor, but am led by G-d and informed by G-d as he instructs me personally.  I read the Scriptures, the TaNaKh (the Old Testament), and the Brit Chadashah (The New Testament or Apostolic Writings). I have no direct message or word for anyone. It was YHVH’s desire that I write, but no instruction was given me on what to write, and thus I merely discuss ideas, and insights that anyone can glean from studying the Tanakh and the Brit Chadashah, and all the writings of the Scholars and Sages through the centuries.

I believe in the one true G-d, the Ein Sof, YHVH Tsa’vaot.  I believe that Yeshua ha Notsri is the Messiah, the eternally begotten Son of G-d, who was existent before the beginning of our universe, lived as an ordinary human being, died for our iniquity, lay in a grave for 3 days, and was resurrected into a perfect human form, without corruption.  I believe that the Ruach haKodesh, the Holy Spirit, emanates from G-d for our benefit and enablement, so that we may learn and grow in the way that Abba wants us to learn and grow.

I believe that in the plan of teaching mankind how to live and become like himself, YHVH Tsava’ot, the Lord of Hosts, creator of all things, focused his being that exists outside our dimensional universe into a specially engineered human being called Yeshua ben Yosef ha Notsri, the son of a virgin.  Miriam of Nazareth was a Judean of the Davidic line descended from King David through Solomon, and G-d caused this tent of human flesh to come into existence as Yeshua for our benefit, and for the fulfillment of the promise that G-d made to Abraham.

There is only one G-d, no matter how you describe him, and however he manifests himself in our universe.  Abba can be in many places at any time he chooses, and has thrust a portion of his being into our dimensional universe many times and in many forms.  Men speak primarily of G-d the Father, Yeshua the Son, and the Holy Spirit, as they are the most well-known of Adonai’s manifestations on this earth, but he has taken many other forms over time, all documented in the TaNaKh, and spoken of in the Apostolic Writings.

G-d shows himself in many ways in our universe; as the Angel of the Presence when communicating with man in visions, as one of three men who visited Abraham in Canaan; as a cloud in the desert protecting the Israelites, and a column of fire giving the Israelites light; as the Shekinah glory in the Tent of Meeting in the desert; as a thundering voice in the mountains above Sinai; as an unknown man who wrestles with Jacob one long night, as a bright and blinding light in an appearance to Sha’ul of Tarsus, the Apostle to the Gentiles; as a white headed man flaming with fire; as the Ancient of Days, seated in a throne; as a man blazing with light; or as a humble shepherd; as a dove in flight; or as lightning and thunder at Mount Sinai, speaking directly to man.

Yeshua was sent by YHVH, embodied by YHVH, and in agreement with YHVH in his separate personhood as a human being.  Yeshua lived a perfect life under the Mosaic Covenant subject to all the frailties and temptations that beset human kind, that he might be the Passover lamb by dying of his own volition, and without any fault.  In doing so, Yeshua keeps the penalty of eternal death from all of the imperfect and sinful people who looked forward to his coming, or have come to believe he was sent of G-d since his Advent, and have placed their trust in him.

Yeshua died so that we might live, and resurrected himself into a perfected body as the first of many such humans to be so resurrected into an incorrupt human form. This is our destiny in Yeshua, to join him in his perfect state, and do those things he wishes us to do.

YHVH, in his role as Yeshua will return as the Mashiach ben David in power, in his resurrected form and immortal humanity, to reign over this current earth and the remnant of Israel allowed into the Millennial Kingdom as humans to repopulate the earth, and receive the promise given to Abraham, Isaac, and Ya’akov.  At the end of the Millennium, there will be a single, final, allowed provocation and temptation by the Adversary to test who will stand with Adonai Elohim, and who will not be obedient unto Yeshua as King of Kings.

Those that do not stand with Yeshua as King of Kings will face the Judgement of G-d in all his awesomeness when all of humanity is resurrected for the judgement.  It is at that point that this earth is renovated, and made new, so that as Adonai Elohim in all his Glory G-d may reside with the immortal race of mankind he has trained into their first adulthood as eternal beings.

It is my hope that you have stumbled across my blog by G-d’s design that we might learn from one another by discussing all that he is, and enjoy ourselves in the sharpening of steel upon steel as we await Yeshua’s coming.

Baruch haShem.

P.S.  I use the word G-d when I refer to haShem by his description because it is the most respectful way of doing so within the wide body of Believers in Yeshua, and thus will hopefully offend no one.

I use the Hebrew manner of writing the Tetragrammaton, YHVH, and the Hebrew name of Yeshua rather than the anglicized Jehovah and Jesus because they are the accurate names for G-d and for the Messiah, and have meaning in Hebrew that is lost in the transliteration to other languages.

  1. How will God’s saints be witnesses of His judgment if they aren’t here for it? Would you make God a liar? This has been His promise for over 2400 years. I don’t have privileges any more to answer this question at Christian Forum/Prophecy so here is the answer. How many survived the Flood (8 out of 500 to 4 Billion people= less than one percent). (Noah’s Ark landed on Mount Ararat during Passover Week. Sodom and Gomorrah (5 plain cities were destroyed with 250,000 per city and only 3 survived= less than one percent) was destroyed at Pesach. The tithe is 10 percent which =90 percent of the population to go through the Trumpet and Bowl Judgments of Revelation. So for the rapture, 1 percent (the Bride and children under the age of accountability are gone. 2-9 pecent comes from Matt 24:37-42 which is 1/2 and Matt 25:1-14 which is 5 virgins. So in essence 90-up to 98 percent of the globe goes through the Trumpet and Bowl Judgments of Revelation and even Isaiah Unsealed.com/org also agrees with this formula.
By the way. Tower of Babel was destroyed at Pentecost.

  2. You said: I see the 2550 days that run from 9/23/17 to 9/15/24 (Tishrei 1, 2017 to Tishrei 10, 2024) as the final 7 years of the Prophecy in Daniel 9:24.

If you calculate the Tribulation period of the A/C as beginning when he is present, which is limited to 2300 days, you need to count backwards from 9/15/24 to get the A/C’s confirmation of a Covenant, since Yeshua is coming early from the standpoint of the A/C having a full 7 years to run rampant, when in actuality, Daniel’s Prophecy at 8:13 limits him to 2300 evenings and mornings, which works out to 6.38 years total years of Tribulation. Yeshua is only returning early in terms of the ‘Tribulation’ and the Revelation Seals and Trumpet being opened that occurs prior to his return.

Rev 2:10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life. Tribulation for 10 days? Where have we heard 10 days before? Day of Trumpet to Day of Atonement are 10 days and is also called the Days of Awe. Days here can be represented as 10 years form 2007 to 2017. 1947+62 Shavuots (Pentecosts) =2009+1260 days = Pesach, 2013 (Obama’s Trip to Israel (March 20th -23rd, 2013) +1290 days (leap year) = Tishrei, 2016. Obama did the Brit Amin/Amim on that trip as well and Matthew 24:15ff says “Stands”. 1948+62 Shavuots= 2010 when five planets lined up in a row on the 7th Day of Feast of Tabernacles +1260 days = Pesach, 2014 (1st Red Blood Moon Tetrad) +1290 days = September 23rd, 2017 (Rev 12:1 sign in the stars).
For Daniel’s timeline you need to do your math from the anchor points of 1947/1948 and not from 1950-1960.

  3. Shalom/Hi,
You Messianics quote Psalm 117 and 118 every year at Pesach but yet you do not even understand it. Psalms is 19 Chapters from Beresheet and 47 chapters from Revelation. Hint: 1947 CE (Proclamation of Israel; Psalm 47) +70 years = 2017 and the rapture (Psalm 117–Deliverance from Babylon. Deliverance also means liberty, freedom, Jubilee in a year of Jubilee when it lines up with the 120th Jubilee from Creation (4004 BCE-3983 BCE). the 70th Jubilee from 1441-1446 BCE, and the 40th Jubilee since Yeshua’s death. Israel became a nation 1-2 days prior to Pentecost (Matt 24:32; Psalm 90:10) in 1948 (Psalm 48) +70 years = 2018 (Psalm 118). Verse 5 = Yom Teruah but what year (2017 or 2018 or both)? Verse 10 when the enemies surround Israel refers to the Psalm 83 war which can begin on the 11th month and 24th day and ends on Yom Teruah (2018). This is followed by the Ezekiel 38-39 War which can be a 10 day war which ends on Yom Kippur which is marriage of the Groom and Bride followed by Armageddon (Joel 3; Rev 14:20ff; Rev 15–Day of Atonement Typology; Rev 16/19 Armageddon. Psalm 118:15 has the Word Tabernacles which means Feast of Tabernacles/Sukkot/Messianic Kingdom/Millennium. Psalm 119=2019 and Psalm 119 is all about the Laws of Elohim which will be in the Messianic Kingdom. Psalm 124= 2024 so why is it all in past tense while Psalm 118 is in present tense? Also since you believe 2024 is the year of Armageddon, what happened in Israel between 1950-1960 to support your belief that 2024 is Armageddon? Did Israel become a nation in 1954 +62 Shavuots=2017+7 years = 2024? Really, I thought it was 1948. So tell me for years in history’s past all the way back to Creation will support your 2024 theory? By the way, history tie-ins come to being ZERO after 2020.
Jardalkal@aol.com John Ashcraft. By the way, this is in the blog at Jardalkalatgmail.blogspot.com.

Deu 24:5 When a man hath taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war (Armageddon on Yom Kippur), neither shall he be charged with any business: but he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer up his wife which he hath taken. Taken also refers to the gathering/resurrection/rapture on Yom Teruah (Psa 118:5 I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and set me in a large place).
